(but most of the time I'm disappointed )

so here are the good ones:
- Westin Bonaventure, routinely upgrades to Exec rooms or a suite...plus the staff is very friendly
- Sheraton Bradley, not much of an upgrade but the room was big, nice, quiet, and hey, FREE WATER!
- Sheraton Boston: upgraded to a junior suite on one occasion, and exec rooms on 2 others. Hotel isn't great, though

And a big for the Essex House, which could care less about SPG Golds, and says so at every opportunity.
