While the
Worldspan/ITN/CWT method is not always reliable (compared to other methods available in the FULL version of the Tool), in this particular case, AC is reporting the same data (9s in all booking classes) across all other GDS systems. Therefore, the Tool is displaying the data correctly.
BTW, the seat map is currently showing 36/41 seats available for assignment in the C-cabin, so your upgrade chances are looking very good...
