ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, and the District of Columbia (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other territories), who are 18 years of age or older

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to: www.spectrumorganics.com/tasteoftuscany during the sweepstakes period that begins at 12:01 AM (eastern time) on April 15, 2005 and ends at 11:59 PM (eastern time) on September 30, 2005. Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per household; entries containing email addresses or physical mailing addresses duplicated in an existing entry will not be counted.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: a 9 day/8 night trip for two to Tuscany, Italy, including two round trip tickets - coach air transportation from the commercial airport closest to the winner's home; eight nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), Breakfast & Dinner for 8 days; ground transportation in Tuscany from the commercial airport to the villa; and $300 cash spending money for miscellaneous expenses. Flight must depart on November 4, 2005 and must return November 12, 2005 or prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Odds of winning prize depend on number of entries received. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $5,000.00.
