I used Dial 7 two weeks ago and it was fine. It is a budget car service, which means well-used vehicles (Town Cars and Cads are $5 extra) and ESL drivers, but if you know where you are going, and don't have high expectations as to the luxury quotient, it is certainly adequate. I think it was $47 plus tip and tolls for a Town Car, sorry I don't remember exactly.
From Brooklyn, I used
Arecibo Car Service 718-783-6465, four of us with luggage to LGA, $27. A driver actually pulled up to the house in a black car, saw we were four, said "5 minutes," and was back in less than five with a super clean mini-van. The driver was very courteous, drove in a sane manner (!) and when we stopped at LGA, was out and around the vehicle to let us out in a flash. ESL to be sure, but very competent, and the vehicle was as I mentioned, very clean.
