Equipment switch, chances of CO allowing a flight change on T fare?

Hi guys, I was scheduled to fly on a 737, the airline sent me a notice via e-mail that ther's a change and the flight will be Operated by Expressjet Airlines Inc Dba Co Express on a EMBRAER EMB-145:

It seats 50 pax and has two engines. The flight time is 90 minutes. My mother is flying with me and she can't stand small planes (although this isn't a little dinky plane but a small Jet and she hasn't flown on a 50 pax only 35 pax) The tickets are booked in T class, I checked the other scheduled flights for that day (in FlyAOW / ITN) and in all of them "T" class was not available. Do you guys have any idea if the airline will allow me to switch to another flight (on the 737) without paying the $100 fee. Has anyone had any experiance with this.
Thanx
