Well, I vistited the link and that is what I understood.
I have calculated as following:
Berlin-New York= 3.968 miles
Business Class (1.5) = 3.968 * 1.5 = 5.952 miles
Bonus for silver (25 %)
So I take 25 % of the 5.952 miles (which is 1.488) and add this to the 5.952 basic miles, which is a total of 7.440 miles.
The same with the gold bonus of 100%:
New Yor - Berlin= 3.968 miles
Business Class (1.5) = 3.968 * 1.5 = 5.952 miles
Bonus for gold (100 %)
So I take 5.952 miles plus additional 5.952 miles and have a total of 11.904 miles.
