I am not sure how Fluying Dutch Program was like before (as they only allowed European residents to be members), I am sure it was much better than AF Frequence Plus. Am I right?

And without any surprise, since AF took over KLM, the new Frequent Traveller program has to get worsened (in terms of effciency and processess, and many other functionalities) due to bad influences by AF. I do like the program itself (FB) as a whole (it even makes me change over from Skymiles to Flying Blue), but AF is really not competent (either not having enough personnel or proper system to do it, I don't know) to get this transition under control yet. They could have waited until Jan 1, 2006 to launch FB as I can see they do need June-Dec 05 to prepare and prevent all the issues.

What is the point of launching the program that have so many holes/bugs/errors...etc

It also sounds like AF (regarding the PIN scenario)...they seem to know they have some problems somewhere as many members don't have their PIN or theirs are not working....after a while they can't pin point where the problem is from, lets just fix the whole thing and send out everyone their PIN again.
