I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this hotel, at least in the summer. It is located right on DuPont Circle. It is now after 10 pm and for the last two hours, a "band" comprised of 10 trombones and a drummer has been playing. Even with the windows shut, the noise makes it impossible to sleep.

The hotel says that DC has no noise ordinance and there is nothing they can do. The band could play all night, according to the front desk If that is the case, the only solution is not to stay here. Be warned!
