Hello,

When I arrived to check-in at the W Tuscany on Saturday (for a one night stay) I was told that the room would not be ready until 4pm. Because the stay was for only one night, I thought it was a waste of $400. After some complaining I accepted a smaller room that was ready.

Is there something that I could have done about this? When does a hotel have to have you room ready?
