Best: Sheraton Crystal City (Arlington, VA). This is the hotel I stay in most frequently anywhere (and not a lot -- usually three times a year). I've *always* been put on the Club level, and my Gold status is always recognized.

Worst: No real worst regarding treating me as a Gold member. I guess I'm pretty tolerant.
