Heard on a very recent ORD-LA flight...after touchdown:

"....thanks for flying United Airlines. We know that you have your choice of bankrupt carriers, and we appreciate you flying United..."

people laughed...with that attitude, UAL may well become an emerging winner. Hunour knows no bounds!
