Thanks for the advice. Its a shame I won't be able to talk a nice cold Sam Adams out with me while I smoke (about the only civilised thing I've found at IAD is that you can have a beer with your cigarette in the Sam Adams bars
).
Now I just have to hope that I get all 3 (or is it 4) seats to myself in the back of the bus. Then again, given current UK-US loads, I don't think that there's gonna be too much chance of that
