Found it on the UK site as well. And you access it from the offers fares too.

Underneath the boxes with the price you find
1 Adult(s)
Price based on Economy Base fares.

Click on the blue link and you will know if the fare is upgradable with miles, if you can change it and what percentage miles you get.

N & V fares get 25% according to this.
