I've been giving away the EEO's that I get in the mail (on Coupon Connection) and the certs specifically state that they are transferable as gifts. So I don't feel I'm breaking any T&C's here.

Are you telling me that I can get the same certs on-line, too? Well, if they have my name and MR number on them, I guess I would only take one down as I needed it personally.

But I don't think anyone's complaining about the paper ones I distribute. And no one's ever complained to me that they couldn't use it.
