When I saw that it was showing as a super saver, I immediately called Qantas to query what had happened. My email res confirmation showed it being in H class and I was concerned. On speaking to them, they confirmed that it was indeed in H class and that I could make changes as much as I wished as it was a flexible fare.
btw, there is no $16.50 to pay for a telephone res when using residual credit, so the only cost is the $30 (+GST is applicable) change fee
I think you may be misunderstanding.. To make the booking I phoned reservations and paid the ADC. It was when I was just checking my booking online afterwards that I saw that it was listed as a super saver, with supersaver restrictions
Given that the new fare is fully flexible and refundable ( at least the $149 that I paid additionally is and is the amount showing as the ticket price ) then I think that this is a website bug. How can it not be an error for the website to tell me that to make a change will be $33 when it should be free?
