We've been using Audible for almost a year now with no complaints.

One thing is you have to remember to get your book every month. The monthly subscription doesn't carry over month to month. Audible now has a new feature where you can pick what you want and if the Audible will automatically purchase the books when due. It's called My Next Listen. Saves the trauma of missing a book your due.
