I just returned via CDG to ATL and got on a 777. However AF advised to be there 45 minutes earlier (e.g prior to take off) due to the shuttle.

This is a true estimate. However AF/Dl offeres a BE, Medallion preference while boarding even they do not announce it, so do not be to shy if you are BE to walk to the front of the line as the agents will allow you to go to the shuttle immediately.

However it took me 25 minutes total with the preferred treatment. I guess 45 minutes for non BE is a little too tight....
