I don't think there's any risk of "flagging" if you call and inquire about the fare rules to see if miles are awarded. It will be spelled out specifically in the rules. Normal S & T class tickets that are published earn miles...these are apparently non-published fares so they are probably officially excluded. But, depending on what hiccup occurs in the system then days you fly, anything can happen. Actually what you should hope for are irregular operations (i.e. cancellation or bump) that result in a re-booking in a higher class...you'd have much better luck then! Make sure your mileage # is on your reservation regardless.
