Really, Yes. Documented with some degree of frequency on FT. Documented again in this thread by mikeef. Biggest problem is most people go speeding by the access to the CX lounge en route to the AC / FL area. Assuming you are a 1)oneworld Sapphire or Emerald, 2) flying internationally that day on 3) a oneworld operated flight 4) out of Terminal 3. CHeck the links provided to the oneworld site.
