Thank you for the suggestion, faulty. I'm gold status with AAdvantage, but AA only requires 25000 miles a year for gold (I usually fly about 40,000 miles a year on AA), so I suspect that the best I could hope for from TG is Silver unless they are unusually generous.
Is it best to call or write to find out if TG will match?
