I did read your thread when it was posted some time ago. I seem to recall, you had numerous requests for changes and they found that unacceptable. That's "the nit" of what I recall.
In any event, I'm sorry that happened to you. I can't comment on that type of situation, because my requests for changes have been very limited (there have been three post-booking changes: one initiated by CO due to wanting me on Alaska flights SFO-LAX instead of HP, since they are cutting ties, and the other 2 were small requests by me).
I just call 'em like I see 'em: this lady was great. She was friendly, completely helpful, willing to hang in there while I tried to get all my changes sorted out (I called with respect to a "minor change," but given the availability of live access, I opted to do some more radical changes including scouting for true first class Z avails to change my trans-Tasman segment, which she found for me and nabbed.
I've been vocal about some of the negative things re: Onepass of late. This after a long history of posting praise here adnd never a complaint. It's actually nice to find someone as responsive and friendly as Ms. Kelly was this morning, because it's good to know there are still some good, helpful folk over at CO. I'm glad to be able to post about her helping me, and I'm sorry you had a different experience with her.
