Last week in ORY (the other Paris airport), going back from NCE on AF, we had to leave the aircraft by a ramp, as Hall 2 is being renovated. There was a minivan with a team of two staff members waiting to take care of a disabled person.
Disabled passengers need to register with AF at least 48 hours before their scheduled flight. These special services are available at all destinations served by AF. In metropolitan France and French overseas territories, these services are called SAPHIR.
