The Shi Quan Shi Mei is offered as a parallel menu to the other (western / international) selection. My wife ordered it on the HKG-SFO sector and was not offered the caviar, but probably could have had it since the load was only 5/12 in F.

She did not even bother to ask as she had the caviar on the SIN-HKG sector

On SQ2 HKG-SFO, is the "shi quan shi mei" option served as the option after leave HGK or as an alternative to the breakfast option before landing in SFO.
The option is served as the supper option out of HKG. All passengers receive the before touch-down choices two hours out of SFO.

Finally, any reviews/opinions of the "shi quan shi mei" meal itself ?
My wife indicated that she really enjoyed it, though she commented that it was a lot of food even though the 11 dishes were relatively small. I did not try any of it, but I was impressed with the overall presentation of the concept and in particular the Leading Stewardess' care in making sure that the logo on each dish was at 12 o'clock. It is noteworthy when it is two glasses, a bread plate, and the main plate, but it is really mind-boggling when you have the 11 bowls / dishes in addition to water and tea-ware that are all in symmetry.

If you have any more specific questions, I can certainly ask her and reply.
