It would get you here a day earlier (Nov 3) than most other people but I will be in Tel Aviv early on Nov 4 and be happy to give you a walking tour of the city.
Hotel: I suggest the Adiv, which will probably run you about $60 per night and is a two minute walk from the beach.
Thanks. Yeah that is about what I was finding on flights too. Hotel looks nice actually, they are quoting at $80 a night currently. Will watch to see what prices on there do also.
Day early is actually what I was planning on if I can make it. I have found I need a day to recoup after the flight before I am fit to be part of a group and 1/2 civil *smile*. Skipping the time zones really knocks me off kilter.
