I guess what happened is that earlier this morning, it did not work and I got that page. Then it must have stayed in cache somewhere on their system.

I tried on another computer and it worked for me too. On my regular computer it was still giving me that message while on the same browser (although on a new instance). But opening a different browser it worked.
