I stayed in this lovely hotel in the past, and last year I was there for my birthday. The hotel went out of their way to make my stay memorable and I will never forget that.

I will be going back one Saturday this summer on a HH reward. What kind of treatment should I expect? Do they still allow golds complimentary access to the lounge? What about room upgrade? My certificate say 1 king bed - whatever that means.
