I guess I now know why their flight redemption program seems relatively generous (no dollar caps): you can never even speak to someone to redeem a flight anyway!
I used to be a big PremierPass fan, but this whole experience is starting to turn me off of it. Simpler to just get gift cards, but that really loses an important part of the program...
I have not used the Global Impact redemption yet, but with the Citi Chairman Card the CS agent stays on the line with you throughout the whole process. Not that the agent will be much use if you are not on hold for a hour or so, but from what I have heard from other card members they have yet to experience the 1 hour wait.
