Say, anyone have experience with actually trying to get through to Global Impact these days to make a flight redemption? I've been on hold for 45 minutes, 1 hour, 45 minutes (including 15 minutes past their closing time), and now 1 hour and 45 minutes (and counting) after calling at 9:10AM EDT (supposedly 10 minutes after they open).

I guess I now know why their flight redemption program seems relatively generous (no dollar caps): you can never even speak to someone to redeem a flight anyway!

I used to be a big PremierPass fan, but this whole experience is starting to turn me off of it. Simpler to just get gift cards, but that really loses an important part of the program...
