Well... usually you need 10000 PC Points for 2500 Continental Miles (this transfer is one way only, I don't know if there is a way to transfer in the other direction).

And, two nights at InterContinental usually costs 2 x 30000 PC Points = 60000 PC Points = 15000 Continental Miles.

Or: two nights at Holiday Inn Express usually costs 2 x 10000 PC Points = 20000 PC Points = 5000 Continental Miles.

And 30000 Continental Miles would be 120000 PC Points... (or actually the other way)

For conversion of PC Points to USD or EUR: some say roughly 1 cent (you can spend USD/EUR 300 per night in an InterContinental hotel).

On the other hand: how do you value your Continental Miles? Also 1 cent?
