Well if you take the "4 to 1" PC Points to airmiles rate then

30K airmiles * 4 = 120K PC Points. So that would be 60K PC Points/night.

Not a great value.

But if you take the value of an air ticket to be say $500, then the hotel
is $250/night. Still no great value.

However if you have the miles, free is still free. I just think you can do better than this deal.
