Counting the hours down....less than 3.5 hours to go. Very busy night at the PD with stacked calls and lots of activity on the street (including a pursuit from another city that zipped through town on I80 at speeds over 100mph).

Coworkers prepared a pasta feed and ice cream sundaes for my last night, and many of the officers I've worked with over the years have been by to wish me well. Hoping the remainder of the night stays slow and I get promptly out the door at 0600.
