Not allowed to access either the FL or CX lounge unless departing from T3. There are now glass partitions installed in T3 separating arriving/departing pax, and a guard at the FL entrance checking boarding passes, so there is no way to do this. It is treated seriously as it is a security problem (inbound pax can pass items to outbound pax), so going to the lounge when security isn't watching will probably result in some harsh treatment. The AA Arrivals lounge is the only option on that list, or go to T4 (the departure terminal for TLV).
