Question on best lounge for LHR w/AA EXP, OW Emerald with connecting OW flight
Hi,

Can someone familiar with the LHR airport lounges and OW Policy help me understand the best lounge I can access with food and shower for a very long layover tomorrow?

I am AA EXP, OW Emerald, on paid coach fare with an Upgrade to Business.

Arrive at LHR on AA46 from ORD at 10AM. Coach Fare upgraded to Business.

Leave same day on BA163 (coach) at 10:30 PM to TLV.

I was going to spend the day in London but with the events over the last day may stay at the airport.

I know I should be able to access the AA Flagship Lounge and probably Many BA lounges. Question is which BA lounge is best that I can access and where is it in the airport?

Thanks a lot. Its going to be a long layover.
