yes i know, and i was annoyed until i got to the EI lounge and realised it wasnt too bad, especially as the flight only cost 20 pounds

Next time i'll fight a bit harder but i was still tired from the trans-atlantic trip the day before and couldnt be bothered arguing. Her mentioning "Aer Lingus business class" made me smile though

BTW, my EI flight was a very nice A320 - smooth ride, no hassles.
