Not to distract from the discussion at hand but if you travel as much as we do, you will soon realize that gate agents, as a whole, do not discriminate on age, sex or race when it comes to bad service.

Would it surprise you if this gate agent was as much an American as you are (perhaps even one with an American Passport already? ) and could have equally been affected by WTC tragedies?

Just curious. Why do you consider this GA "a foreigner" especially when you do not know his/her history and status?

PS: I, personally, don't think any state has a monopoly on racists.
