I still love the airline and hope they return to their glory days, but I am curious.

1) What is your biggest complaint about AS now-a-days? (ie few meals, on-time performance, they serve coke not pepsi , no legroom etc)
2) and to keep it from getting too negative, What keeps you coming back? (ie modern fleet, good FA's, tasty peanuts etc)

for me;
Negative- on-time performance , as well as the fact that they don't have Pepsi
Positive- Employee's attitude
