How do LH do it? They have a 30 mins legal connection time at Munich and it usually works fine including the lugagge. On the one time Mrs Economyman and I arrived late from HAM to MUC on our way to NCE we had a vehicle waiting at the bottom of the steps to transfer us directly to our next flight, and the luggage made it too!
