Will be a bit of a surreal moment if they really are going to try and enforce these limits in FIRST, but if they are, I think the official cabin baggage limits could and should then be increased. The overhead bins in the F cabins can fit a lot, lot more per pax than the current allowance (which is the same as for CE).
