Agree. I had a flight last year BRU-MAD and the service was truly nice.

I really like their business model - i.e. providing "full service" , even on shot hauls, with great staff (at least on board - I had some different experience with BRU gate agents - but that's off topic).

I hope that the recent merger with Virgin Express will not harm them
