Lehava...I don't think there is one easy answer on this question. If you look at the DL's domestic auto rental partners:
Alamo® Alamo Rent A Car offers 50 miles per rental day per qualifying car rental at participating locations.

Avis AVIS offers 50 miles per rental day on qualifying rentals of 1 to 4 days and 500 miles per rental on qualifying rentals of 5 or more days.

Thrifty Car Rental Thrifty Car Rental offers:
* 50 miles per rental day per qualifying car rental at participating locations.
* 250 miles for parking three times at the same participating Thrifty parking facility within a one-year period.
They all offer the same 50 SM's per rental day. Hertz and Avis, however, seems to bump that up to 100 SM's per rental day on rentals of five days or longer. And I see a LOT of LTO's from Hertz and Avis for double/triple miles on occasion.
I'd pick either Hertz or Avis if I were you based on their past record of frequent promotions.
Now, having said that, the Alamo, Thrifty and National fans will probably make a case for their car rental favorites.
So throw all the car rental names in a hat, pick one and get on with your business....
