Sorry, dont think I worded this well. I am not looking for cheapest (although I appreciate those who looked into that for me) or who has a current special. I am looking to find one car rental agency and stick with them. My question was which ends up giving you the most sky miles over time, ie which fits best with flying Delta regularly.
