Whenever I open it, I get the message, "ERROR:NO VAILD RESULT" What can I do about this? Does this mean that it cannot connect? What do I need to change in order for it to work. I use McAfee with Personal Firewall Plus and Privacy Service.
I am also using wirless internet at home.
