Gold applies only to non-Intercontinental Group hotelsl; e.g. Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, etc. As Gold, you're not entitled to upgrades and/or free breakfasts.

Ambassador applies to Intercontinental Hotels only. You're eligible for room upgrades and a welcome gift.
