I fly NW almost exclusively (only get to travel for leisure), and get pretty decent service most of the time. However, there is one route DTW-KIX that I have NEVER received good service in at least 15 roundtrips. DTW-NRT or NGO(only one nonstop) I have at least received acceptable service, but the KIX route is dominated by rude, beligerant FA's. You know it's bad when you are going to Japan to spend a week or two in the Kansai and you are considering flying into Narita and taking the shinkansen to Osaka(basically taking two full days of travel time when taking into account the headache of getting from Tokyo Station to Narita) to avoid flying DTW-KIX.
