The Asian airline crews are superior to anything I've flown (Singapore, Thai, Cathay Pacific, JAL). I'm NWA Plat and I agree that NWA is near the bottom. Sometimes I'm actually embarrassed for them. America West has dissappointed me more than once, as well. BTW, clue me in on 'WN'. Which airline are you guys referring to?
