Things are back to normal now.
I work in the east end of Montreal and live in the city centre.
Last night, it took me more than an hour to get home with the Metropolitan being closed at the Christophe-Colomb exit (going west).
The rainstorm was pretty nasty and the same happened twice in two weeks.
Currently, there is no rain and the forecast calls for a pleasant day.
