look on your contract, it says the $$ amt in plain sight right by all the agents check marks when they check you out. GSO is reasonable, FS is always a bit much.

I stood my ground politely (said I was willing to pay a reasonable surcharge, of course, but not this) and the shift supervisor finally took the whole fuel fee off my folio, "just this once." She had no defense other than a sheepish smile and "everyone does it."
I pointed out that two taxis to and from the city would cost less... outrageous.
Has anyone been dinged worse for fuel?
