Montreal's roads and highways alway flood. It seems the engineers who designed many of them were away from class the week they taught drainage. While it is unfortunate, this happens every time there is heavy rain. Not sure why Montreal's weather deserves a thread here, but then without any hockey there can't be any threads on the Habs...
