It looks as if she hadn't been paying attention to the 2 a/c that fly YYZ-CDG; the later one has S class, 862 @ 20:10 is an Int'l 763, as Andrew and Parnel point out. I don't think that she can stand by for the earlier flight officially, so the best first step is to call AC to see what can be done. The second is to show up early and see if it is possible to get on 862. At worst it means another couple of hours in the MLL.
