So given Andrew's confirmation that this has been sold as an S flight since it was loaded, and if you were only taking AC for the chance to upgrade... how come you guys didn't make sure it wasn't S?
I guess you guys assumed that it was J and didn't know what S was until now?

I'd do what parnel suggests... and if that doesn't work maybe try another agent a bit later... keep on calling a few more times and don't give up!
